All products are delivered digitally via WhatsApp. No physical goods are shipped.
3. Subscription Licensing
All subscriptions and activation keys provided through ICHTIRAK are:
- Activated using original licenses for legitimate use
- Intended for personal use by the purchasing customer only
- Non-transferable — subscriptions may not be resold or shared with third parties
- Valid for the duration specified in the product listing (e.g., 1 Year, Lifetime)

4. Warranty & Replacement
All ICHTIRAK subscriptions come with a replacement warranty:
- If your subscription account stops working during the guaranteed subscription period, contact us
immediately via WhatsApp
- We will provide a free replacement for any subscription that fails within its
warranty period
- The warranty covers account deactivation, login issues, or service interruption that is not
caused by the customer
- Warranty does not cover misuse, sharing credentials with others, or violations of the platform's
terms of service
- Replacement requests must be made within the original subscription period
5. Purchases and Payment
- All prices are listed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD)
- Payment must be completed in full before subscription activation
- We accept payments through secure methods coordinated via WhatsApp
- You are responsible for any taxes applicable in your jurisdiction
- Final order confirmation and payment instructions are handled via WhatsApp to ensure secure,
personalized service for each customer
6. Digital Delivery & Activation
Upon successful payment, subscriptions will be activated and delivered via:
- WhatsApp message with account credentials or activation keys
- Step-by-step activation instructions when needed
- Direct remote activation support for certain products
Activation is typically completed within minutes of payment confirmation. It is your responsibility
to secure and keep your account credentials safe.
7. Refund Policy

8. User Conduct
When using our website and subscriptions, you agree not to:

Our subscriptions are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind beyond our stated replacement
warranty. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service from third-party platforms. ICHTIRAK is an
independent reseller and is not affiliated with Netflix, Spotify, Adobe, Microsoft, Google, Canva,
or any other platform mentioned on this website.
11. Account Termination
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion,
particularly in cases of:
- Violation of these Terms of Service
- Fraudulent activity or chargebacks
- Sharing or reselling subscription credentials
- Abuse of customer support or warranty claims
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of
Morocco, including but not limited to:
- Law No. 31-08 on Consumer Protection (protection des consommateurs)
- Law No. 53-05 on the Electronic Exchange of Legal Data (échange électronique de
données juridiques)
All transactions conducted through ICHTIRAK are subject to Moroccan e-commerce regulations.
Subscriptions sold through this website are governed by Moroccan e-commerce laws. Any
disputes arising from the use of this website or the purchase of subscriptions shall be resolved in
the
competent courts of the Kingdom of Morocco.
