1. Software Subscriptions — General Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable once a subscription has been activated. This is because software subscriptions and activation keys are instantly delivered and activated upon payment confirmation.

By completing a purchase on ICHTIRAK, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing digital subscription services and that you forfeit any right to a refund once the subscription has been activated.

2. What We Sell

ICHTIRAK offers premium software subscriptions and activation keys, including but not limited to:

  • Streaming subscriptions (Netflix Premium, Spotify Premium, YouTube Premium)
  • Design & creative software (Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva Pro)
  • Operating system activation keys (Windows 10/11 Pro — Lifetime)
  • Productivity software (Microsoft Office 365)
  • Combo offers and full software packs

All subscriptions come with the warranty and support terms described below.

3. Warranty & Replacement Guarantee

All ICHTIRAK subscriptions are covered by our replacement warranty. This is our commitment to you:

  • If your subscription stops working during the guaranteed subscription period, contact us immediately via WhatsApp
  • Free replacement: We will provide a replacement account or key at no additional cost
  • Coverage: Account deactivation, login failures, or service interruption not caused by the customer
  • Response time: We aim to resolve all warranty claims within 24 hours

The warranty does not cover:

  • Misuse of the subscription (sharing credentials, violating platform terms)
  • Issues caused by the customer changing account passwords or settings
  • Requests made after the original subscription period has expired

4. Exceptions — When Refunds May Be Considered

While all sales are generally final, we may consider a refund or credit in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Duplicate purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same subscription twice, contact us within 24 hours for a resolution.
  • Activation failure: If we are completely unable to activate your subscription and cannot provide a working alternative, a refund may be issued.
  • Significantly different product: If the subscription delivered is substantially different from what was described on the product page.

All exception requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of ICHTIRAK.

6. Chargebacks

All subscriptions sold through this website are governed by Moroccan e-commerce laws.
